Job Description
• Receive Items from Vendors & purchasing agents to the warehouse.
• Issue items from warehouse to departments.
• follow up return items (replacements, maintenance).
• Organize warehouse items.
• Provide daily report (Received items, Issued items, Returns, Damages, Warehouse balance).
• Provide reports on consumption behavior of consumables.
• Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
• Deal with different types of items & warehouses.
• Classify items once received (consumables, fixed assets) for fixed assets management.
• Performs related and peripheral site-specific duties as required.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree of commerce/business administration or any equivalent discipline
• 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or record keeping
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Knowledge of English Language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry material.
