Prof. Dr. Slim Abdennadher is an accomplished academic, with extensive experience in Computer Science and a focus on constraint programming, human computer interaction, serious games, and affective computing. He received his doctoral degree in 1998 and habilitation in 2001 from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, Germany. He also earned his Bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
For almost two decades, from 2003 to 2021, Prof. Abdennadher held various important positions at the German University, including Vice President for Academic and Research Affairs and Dean of the Faculty of Media Engineering and Technology. He was also responsible for many tasks, including heading the examination committee, International Accreditation, and Research Committee.
Prof. Abdennadher has authored three books and more than 120 peer-reviewed publications, and has participated in numerous prestigious international conferences and academic workshops as a general chair, part of the organizing committee, or as a member of the academic program committee. His research has brought many research funds to his groups through projects that tackle different areas of research.
